We are pleased to offer two different daily files for updating your database.

The first file is the Daily price file which can be found on your main menu on the left.  This file contains important pricing, availability and other pertinent information that you may want to update daily.  The specifications are below. It is updated several times a day so please use it to your best abilities

The second file is the daily Data File which can be found on your main menu on the left.  It contains all the same information along with a path to an image if available, html description if available and related/accessory items.  The specs are below as well. As this file is much larger it is only updated daily around 3:00am.

To save the Price file just right click over it and choose save target.  To do the data file do the same but put a .txt extension on it as it contains HTML and IE wants to save it is HTML.

Wintron Price file specs.

The delimiter is a pipe symbol ( | ).

• 1.         item id

• 2.         UPC

• 3.         Ship code 1= all three curent freight programs, 2 = Ground Only, 3 = truck only no programs

• 4.         desc1

• 5          desc 2

• 6.         Model Number #

• 7.         list price

• 8.         Minimum Advertised Price

• 9.         weight

• 10.        Parent Product group

• 11.        product group description

• 12.        Brand ie Northstar, Simrad, Lowrance instead of Navico.

• 13.        primary vendor name

• 14.        Net price

• 15         available inventory

 The data file fields are the same except for the additions below;

• 16        path to image if available

• 17        html description if available

• 18+      related/accessory items ( as an item can have unlimited related items each item is just another field for as many as are required)
